Wanted: Office Manager

Someone to process all sales orders, into Quickbooks. Must have experience with Quickbooks, minumum 2 years.

Responsibilities include:
Making sure all purchase orders & invoices are downloaded into QB from sales software
Making sure all downloaded PO's & Invoices are correct (shipping method,terms,etc)
Run all credit cards, check references for prospective customers
Pay vendors via credit card or wire transfer
Reconcile accounts receivable weekly
Being liason between shipping and sales department
